AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 67-161 OF G. L. A.
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.
The City Council of the City of Tustln, does ordain as follows:
1. The City Counci~l of the City of Tustin, California, finds and
determines:
a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 67-161) was filed
on behalf of G.L.A. Development Company for change of
zone of the property described in Exbibit'A attached
bereto and incorporated berein by this reference.
b) That the Planning Commission duly called, noticed and
held a public bearing on said Application, and
recommended said proposed zone change.
c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and held
a public bearing on said proposed zone cbange.
2. The aforesaid property is hereby changed from the C-1
(Retail Commercial) Zone, to tbe R-3 (MulttPle~Residential)· Zone, and
· the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin is amended acoordingly.
PASSE AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the CityCCouncil
of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 15th day of January, 1968.
