AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY OF SCHOEFFLER., ON APPLICATION
NUMBER ZC 67-160
~ The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,.does
5 ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council. finds and determines as follows:
7 a) That a proper application for .zone change (No..
ZC-67-160) was filed on behalf of SCHOEFFLER on
8 the property fronting 110 feet on the southwest
side of Wass Street. just southeast of Newport.

b) That after a public hearing duly called, ,~oticed
10 and held. the Planning Commission recomme.~ded
approval of said zone change.

' c) That the City Council has called. noticed and hel
12 a public. hearing on said application.
15 d) That said proposed zone change is in t~e best
interests of the subject property and in conformi y
14 with the general plan of the City of Tustin ,~nd
should be adopted.
.16 2. The above-described property is hereby re-zoned . rom
17 the U (Unclassifi{.,.d) District to the R-3 (multiple family) Districl
18 and the Zoning Map of the City 'of [Tustin is amended accordingly.
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
li 20 Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 18th day of December 1967.
