AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 305, SIGN ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, RELATIVE
TO SIGNS IN PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICTS
The ,City Council of the City of Tustin does Ordain as follows.:
Section 1. :Ordinance No. 305, as amended, is hereby amended by the
addition thereto of~ the following:
Section 3?.'50 Planned Community Distric'ts
37.51' Unless otherwise specified in the approved plans for a Planned
Community District, as provided in IOrdinance No. 157, Zoning
Ordinance, all regulations herein shall apply to all develop-
ments in said District.
37.52 In Planned Community Districts where no special sign regulations
have been established, specific regulations shall be determined
by. comparison with use designations as set forth in Secti.ons
34.00, 35.00, 36.00, and 37.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin on the 20th day of November, 1967.
