AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE T0 LICENSING
OF ENTERTAINERS.
The City Council of the City o£ Tustin, California, does
ordain as follows:
1. Section 8-28 is hereby added to the Tustin City Code,
to read as follows:
Section 8-28 - Permits for Entertainers.
No person shall dance, participate in any burlesque show,
revue, pantomime, fashion or style show, dance or song
--4 and dance act, without having in possession on his person
a permit regularly issued by the License and Permit
Board pursuant to the provisions of this Code.
2. 'Section 8-21 is hereby amended by the addition thereto
of the following:
Applications for ente~tainers' Permits shall be filed
with the License and Permit Board on forms supplied by
'~heCity, together with a fee of Five Dollars ($5.00)
to cover costs of processing and investigation. The
Application for an entertainers' permit shall be signed
and verified by the applicant, and shall contain such
information as may be deemed necessary by the B~ard.
~he License and Pemit Board may require that the
applicant be photographed and fingerprinted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,
held on the 6tb day of November, 1967.
