The City Council of the Cit~ of Tustin, California
does ordain as follows:
1, That after public hearing .:duly called, no~'ice~ .... ·
and after regularly receiving the recommendation of the -'
Planning COmission, the property described as fronting 330
f.ee~ on the southeast 'side of Newport at Myrtle be rezoned
to the P C district, effective. upon completion of amexation
' proceedings, and that at such time the Zoning Map be amended
accordingly.,
