AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING PROPERTY
ON APP. NO. Z.C. 67-156 OF GREENWOOD
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California
does ordain as follows:
.1, The City Council finds and determines as follows:
a) that a proper application (No. Z.C. 67-156)
was filed on behalf of Greenwood for rezoning
to the R~3 zone of the property described as
375 feet fronting on the East side of Pasadena
Avenue, approximately 450 feet south of the
centerline of McFadden Avenue;
b) that the Planning Commission recommended said
rezoning after public hearing duly called,
noticed and held;
c) that the City Council duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application.
2. The aforedescribed property is hereby '-rezoned. from
the M to the R-3 zone, and 'the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin
is amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED. at a regular meeting of t'he City
" Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 21st day of Autust, 1967.
