AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 157 ,
AS AMENDED, RELATIVE.TO TEMPORARY USES.
~ The City Council of the 'City of Tustin, California,
5 does -ordain as follows:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 157, Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by the addition thereto of Sub-section (e)
to Section 5.3:
8 Section 5..3 (e) The Planning Commission may grant
temporary uses for a period' of up to six (6.) months
9 by following the procedures herein described for the
issuance of Use Permits. Provided, how+ever, that a
10 permit of one (1) month duration may be issued by
the Planning Department, on approval of the other
11 City. departments, for. uses such as, but not limited
to, fireworks stands and Christmas tree lots.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City

Council of the City of Tustin held on the 7th day of August, 1967.
