AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
REZONING PROPERTY ON APP. NO. Z.C. 67-155 OF HUNT.
4i The City of Tustin, California does ordain as follows:
5!~ 1. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
6 a) that a proper application (No. Z.Co 67-155) was
filed by Hunt to rezone the property described as a
7 50 x 200 feet parcel on the southeast side of Newport
Avenue approximately 270. feet southwest of the center-
8 line of First Street~
9 b) that after public hearing was duly called, noticed,
and held, the Planning Commission recommended said re-
10 zoning;
!! c) that the City Council duly called, held and notice~
a public hearing on said application.

2o The subject property is hereby rezoned to the C-1 zone
and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly.
