2~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
5i REZONING PROPERTY ON APP. NO. Z.C. 67-154 OF DE IORIO.
~ The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
5 1o The City Council finds and determines:
6i' a) that a proper application (No° Z.C. 67-154) was filed
I on behalf of De Iorio, for rezoning of the property des-
7~ cribed as Lots 1 and 2 of Tract 3994, City of Tustin, to
!i the R- 3 z one;

b) that the Planning Commission after a hearing was duly
9 called, noticed, and held, recommended said rezoning;
10 c) that the City Council duly called, noticed, and held
a public hearing on said application°

2. The subject property is ~hereby rezoned to the R-3
zone and the zoning map of the City of Tustin is hereby amended

accordingly.
