2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 16 OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
s RELATIVE TO TUSTIN POOL HALLS AND BOWLING ALLEYS
5 The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows
8 1) Chapter 16 of the Tustin City Code is hereby
7 amended by the substitution of the words "License and Permit Board"
8 in place of the words "City Council" in each place the said words
9 appear.
l0 2) Section 16-8 of the Tustin City Code is hereby
ll amended to read as follows:
12 It shall be unlawful for any person under the age
of eighteen years to visit or enter in or engage in any
15. way or loiter in. or about any room where the games regu-
lated by this chapter are 'being conducted or carried on
14 and upon which such premises alcoholic 'beverages are
sold or dispensed.

It shall be unlawful for any person or his agents
.16 or employees to permit any person under the age of
eighteen years to visit or enter in or engage in or
17 loiter about any room 'being conducted, maintained or
carried on by such person or his .-agents or employees
18 where billiards, pool, bagatelle, 'bowling alleys or
other lawful games for profit and gain are being con-
19 ducted or carried on in the City and upon which such
premises alcoholic beverages are sold or dispensed.

22 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
25 Council held on the 19thDAY OF June 1967.
