I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIF-
ORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE TUSTIN
2 CITY CODE RELATIVE TO TAXICAB PERMITS BEING
UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE LICENSE AND
~ PERMIT BOARD.

~ ollows:
6 1. Chapter 21 of the Tustin City Code is hereby
~ amended by the substitution of the words "License ~nd Permit
8 Board" for the words "City Council" esch place they appeer~
9 2. The last sentence of Section 21-2 is hereby re-
10 Desled.
11 3. Sub-section (d) of Section 21-21 is hereby
lZ repealed.
1~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetin~ of the City
1~ Council of the Ciay of Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of June, 1967.
