CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
5 PROPERTY OF KAL-SOUTH ON APPLICATION

~-! The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,

does ordain as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 67-153)
8 was filed on behalf of Kal-South for rezoning of the
-property approximately 7.52 acres on the east side
9 of Willjams Street, just northerly of Alliance, in
the City of Tustin, to the PD 2700 zone.

b) That after a public hearing was duly called,
11 noticed, and =held, the Planning Commission recom-
mended such rezoning.

c) That the City Council duly called, noticed and
13 held a public hearing on said application.
14 2, The aforedescribed property is hereby rezoned to the
15 PD-2700 zone, subject to later approval of the precise plans.
· 16 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
