ORDINANCE NO 354
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE RE-
MOVAL OF ABANDONED SIGNS.
The City Council of the City of Tustin,
California, does ordain as follows:
Section .....1 Ordinance No. 305. is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of the following:
Section 12...0~ Removal of Abandoned SiKns
Any sign abandoned or not used for a period of
thirty (30) days or which was used to advertise
that which has been moved or discontinued, shall
be removed by the property owner within thirty (30)
days after having been given notice, in writing,
by the City. If said sign is not removed, within
said thirty (30) days, the City may cause said
sign to be removed and the cost thereof shall be-
come a lien against the property on which the
sign was located.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 15th day of May, 1967.
