APPLICATION NO. ZC 67-152 OF LA POINTE.
The C~ty of Tust~n, Ca!~for~a does ordain as
follows:
i The C~ty Council f~nds and determines:
o~licstion (No ZC 62-1~2)
a) That a proper a~ ~ · -.
was filed on behalf of La Pointe to fezone
the C-2 zone the ~,roOerty described as Lots
2 and } of Tract 2187.
b) That a ~oublic hearing was duly ca!ied~
noticed and held on sa~.d a]opl~cation of the
Tustin Planning Commlss~on, and said rezoning
was recommended.~ --
c) That a public hear~n~ ~,,~es duly called,
noticed and held by ~he ~lsy Counc~i on said
appl ~ ca t i on.
d) That said property should be rezoned.
2. The hereinabove described property ~s hereby
rezoned to the C-2 zone and She zoning map of the City of
TustZn is hereby amended acc0rdlngiy.
