AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALI-
FORNIA, PREZONING PROPERTY OF IRVINE, and
AMENDING THE TUSTIN AREA GENERAL PLAN
-5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
6 ordain as follows:
V 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines as
8 follows:
9 a)- That proper application was duly filed on
behalf
of The Irvine Company for prezoning to the P.C. ,
10 Planned Community, Zone of the property bounded by Navy
Way, Walnut Street, Red Hill Avenue and the Atchison,
11 Topeka &Santa Fe spur track, in the City of Tustin,
California, and for amending the Tustin Area General
12 Plan to classify said land as medium high density
residential (6.5 dwelling units per acre).

b) After public hearing duly called, noticed and
14 held, the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin
recommended that the said property be prezoned to the
15 P.C., Planned Community, Zone, and that the Tustin Area
General Plan be amended to classify said land as medium
· .16 high density residential (6.5 dwelling units per acre).
~" IV c) That public hearing has been duly called,
noticed and held by the City. Council.

d) That said property should be so prezoned and
19 the Tustin Area General Plan should be amended as here.

21 2. The property lying between Navy Way, Walnut-.Street,
22 Red Hill Avenue and the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe spur track, in
25 the City of Tustin, California, is hereby prezoned to the P.C.,-~
24 Planned Community, Zone, effective upon completion of the annexa-
25 tion of the said property to the City .of Tustin, and the Tustin
26 Area General Plan is hereby amended to reclassify said property as
27 medium high density residential (6.5 dwelling units per acre).
28 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
29 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 20th day of March, 1967.
