AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 157 AS AMENDED, TO
PERMIT A CARETAKER' S APARTMENT INCIDENTAL TO A SMALL
ANIMAL HOSPITAL.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
ordain as follows:
Section 1~ Section. 4.8 of Ordinance No. 157, Zoning
Ordinate is amended by the addition of the following
permitted use after the words "animal hospitals,":
"one (1) caretaker apartment incidental to ~imal
hospital,"
Section 2. Ordinance No. 157, Zoning Ordinance, is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of the following:
"Section 5.075- One (1) caretaker apartment shall
be permitted incidental to an animal hospital.
Said apartment shall be used'solely by persons
employed in the hospital for caretaker duties."
PASSED AND ~OPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 20th day of March, 1967.
