2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE N0. 157,
~ AS AMENDED, PROVIDING FOR ,THE AMENDMENT OF THE.
MINIMUM BUILDING SITE AREA, MINIMUM LOT WIDTH
REQUIRED AT PROPERTY LINE AND MINIMUM OFF-STREET
PARKING REQUIREMENTS OF SERVICE STATIONS
8 1. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
9 a). That proper amendment proceedings were duly
initiated;

b) That the Planning Commission, after public
ll hearing duly called, noticed and held, recom-
mended adoption of said amendment;

c) That the City-Council duly called, noticed
13 and held a public hearing on said amendment;
14 d) That said amendment should be adopted.
15 2. Section 4.7 of the Zoning Ordinance, No, 157, as
· 16 amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
