AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
1 AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 157,
AS AMENDED, OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, REGULATING
Z PARKING OF VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
The City Coun'cil of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
That the Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 157, as
amended, of the City of Tustin, California, is hereby amended

by the addition thereto of the following:
Section 512.1~.:

No Motor Vehicle or mobilehome shall be oarked or
11 stored within the front or side yard setback area
in any residential district for any period exceeding
.lZ twenty-four (24) hours; provided, however, that the
provisions of this section shall not apply to pickup
18 trucks, campers, station wagons, motorcycles and
motorscooters, private passenger automobiles, or
14 travel trailers other than mobilehomes.

16 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 20th day of February, 1967

read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
6th day of February , 1967 , and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 20th day of February , 1967 ,by the following
vote:
