Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 208 RELATIVE TO PLAN CHECK
5 FEES.
The City Council of the. City of Tustin, California, does

,-- ordain as follows:
Ordinance No. 208 is hereby amended by the addition there

to of Section 5 to read as follows:
section 303 (b) (Chapter 3) is hereby amended by the
8
addition thereto of the following:

Provided further, however, that upon sub-
10 mission of duplicate residential plans concurrently
for plan check, the plan check fee for such dupli-
11 cate plans shall be one fourth (1/4) of the build-
' ing permit fee, and upon concurrent submission of
12 residential plans which are duplicate except
for alternate elevations, the plan check fee
13 shall be three-eights (3/8) of the building permit
fee.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Coun-
cil of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day of February, 1967.
