2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO FEES
5 FOR DANCE PERMITS.
~" 4 The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as
5 fol lows:
8 1) Section 8-5 of the Tustin City Code is hereby amended
7 to read as follows:
8 Section 8-5: Same--Fee; exemption.
9 The fee for a permit issued pursuant to this chapter
10 shall be the sum of twenty-five dollars per annum or
11 part of a year, payable annually in advance; ~
12 however, that no additional fee shall be payable by
15 any permittee who is subject to payment of a fee pur-
l4 suant to the provisions of the Business License Law
15 of the City of Tustin.
,-, .18 Nothing in this Section shall be deemed or construed
!7 as applying to any dance conducted or given by any
18 recognized religious, charitable, civic, fraternal,
19 public school or patriotic organization of the City.

Council, held on the 16th day of January , 1967.
