AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
1 OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING THE TUSTIN AREA
GENERAL PLAN
8 The City Council of the City of Tustin~, California
4 does ordain as follows: ~
5 1) The City Council finds and determines:
8 a~) That proceedings were reEularly initiated for
adoption of a general plan for the Tu.stin area.
7 b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed
8 and held as recuired by law, the Piannl~g Com-
mission recommended adoption of the proposed
9 general plan.
10 c) That the City Council re~ular!y called, noticed
and held public hearings on said proposed plan.
11 d) That adoption of said proposed elan would be
12 in the best interests of the Tustin area, and
the residents and property thereof, and said
13 plan should be adopted,
14 2) The Tustin Area General P~an, as shown on Exhibit
15 A., attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference,
16 is hereby adopted.
17 3) The Planning Commission is hereby authorized and
18 directed to proceed at once with studies and recommendations of
I 19 detailed precise ~ians, with coordination o~ all relevant studies
Z0 with the elementary and high school district authorities.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
22 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on 19th day of December, 1966.

certify that the whole number of the members of the City
Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and
foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
__ 5th day of December ., 196~, and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 19th day of December , 1966 ,by the following
