AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA PREZONING PROPERTY OF
FREDRICKS ON APPLICATION PH 66-101
The City Council of the City of Tustin, Ca!lfornla,
does ordain as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
a. That a proper application (No. PR 66-101) was
filed on behalf of Fredricks for prezoning of
the property of applicant at 14182 N-ewDort~
Tust!n~ California.
b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held by she Planning Commission on said
aooiication and'recommendation made on said
a~llcatlon.
c. That a oublic hearlng was duly called, noticed
and hei~ by the City Council on sa!d app!lcat!G
d. That said prezoning would be in harmony with th
general plan of ~he City of Tustin, and should
be granted~ as applied for.
e. That applicant has offered and agreed to limit
development ~o a maximum of i17 units.
2o The subject pr. ope~y is hereby prezoned ~o the
zone~ with such rezoning to be effective upon completion of pro-
ceedin~s annexing the subject property to the City of Tustin,
subject to the condition that the property shall not be developed
with more than I!? unlts~ and the proper~y o~ner shall execute
and deliver ~o ~he City, an agreement providing for such limita-
tion in form satisfactory to the City Attorney of the City of
Tustin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Clty
