2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO THE
3 CITY ADMINISTRATOR PRO TEMPORE AND SURETY BOND.

5 The City Council of the City of Tusttn, California, does
6 ordain as follows:
V 1) That Section 2-30 of the Tustin City Code be-, and
8 the same hereby is, repealed.
9 2) That Section 2-31 of the Tustin City Code be and
10 the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
11 Section 2-31 Appointment of Administrator Pro Tempor.
12 The City Council may from time to time appoint an
Administrator Pro Tempore, to serve during any tem-
13 porary absence or disability of the City Administra-
tor.
