~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING PRE-ZONING OF TERRITORY KNOWN AS SEVEN-
3 TEENTH AND HOLT ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN

.5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
6 does ordain as follows:
7 1) The City Council finds and determines as follows:
8 a) That a proper proceeding was duly and regularly
9 commenced for rezontng the territory known as the Seventeenth &
10 Holt Annexation to the City of Tustin.
11 b) That the Planning Commission regularly called,
12 noticed and held a public hearing on said proposed rezoning.
15 c) That the Planning Commission reconEnended approva
14 of a plan 0f rezoning.
15 d) That the City Council regularly called, noticed
.16 and held a hearing on said proposed rezoning.
17 e) That said proposed rezoning is in the best
18 interests of the subject property, is compatible with the general
19 plan of the City of Tustin, and should be adopted.
20 2) The territory known as the Seventeenth and Holt
21 Annexation to the City of Tustin is hereby prezoned to the districl
2Z as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incor-
25 porated herein by this reference, effective upon completion of
24 annexation to the City of Tustin..
25 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
26 Council held on the 31st day of October, 1966.
