REZONING PROPERTY OF ADOBE DEVELOPMENT, ON
5 APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 66-150.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
· 5 ordain as follows:
6 1) The City Council finds and determines as follows:
? a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 66-150)
was filed on behalf of ADOBE DEVELOP~ZNT, for
8 rezontng of the property on the westerly side
of Yorba Street, approximately 700 feet north of
9 17th Street.
10 b) That after a regularly called and noticed public
hearing, the .Planning Commission recommended this
11 zone change.
lZ c) That the City Council regularly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application.

d) That said property should be rezoned from the
14 PD to the R-1 Zone.
15 2) The property described heroinabove is hereby rezoned
-16 from the PD Zone to the R-1 Zone, and the Zoning Map of the City of
17 Tustin is hereby ordered amended accordingly.
18 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
i9 Council, held on the 18th day of April, 1966.
