2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
~-~ 5 157, AS AMENDED, MODIFYING MINIMUM SIDE YARD
REQUIREMENTS IN THE PM ZONE
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 ordain as follows:
7 1) The City Council hereby finds and determines:
8 a) That the Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin, after public hearing regularly called notice,
9 and held, recommended to the City Council tha~ the
minimum side yard in the PM Zone be three (3) feet.

b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
11 and held by the City Council.
lZ c) That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin
should be amended tu modify the minimum side yard
15 requirements in the PM Zone to three feet.
14 2) The requirements for the P.M. Zone are hereby modifiec
15 and amended to provide that the minimum side yard required shall be
· 16 three (3) feet. Section 4.123, subparagraph 2b is amended to read
17 as follows:
18 Minimum Side Yard Required:
19 Corner Lot Line -- three (3) feet.
20 Interior Lot Line- three (3) feet.
21 (Unless otherwise indicated on Zoning Map).
ZZ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Counc:
23 of the City of Tustin, held on the 18th day of April, 1966.
