6 1) The City Council of the City o~ Tustin, C'a!ifornia,

finds and determines 'as follows:

_=-. a) That a proper application (No. Z.C. 65-1~9)-was
9 filed on behalf of SCP~OEFFLER, to fezone from
PR to C-1 the property on the southeast corner
10 of ~ewport Avenue and Wass Street;
!t b) That the Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin duly recommended said rezoning;-
c) That said proposed rezoning is in the best
15 interests of the subje'ct property, adjacent
properties and uses, the general plan of ~e
14 City of Tustin, and should be granted.
15 2) Said property is hereby rezoned from the PR to the
16 C-I Zone, and the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin is hereby
1V amended accordingly.
