~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 157
5 AS AMENDED.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
5 hereby ordains as follows:
6 The following amendments to the Zoning Ordinance of the
7 City of Tustin, California, being Ordinance No. 157, as ~mended,
8 are hereby adopted:
9 Section I: Delete the words "l garage per dwelling"
under Section 4.1, Single Family dwellings and substitute the words
10 "2 car garage per dwelling,"
11 Section 2: Delete the words "1 garage per dwelling" under
4.2, Single Family Dwellings, and substitute the words
l~ "2 car garage per dwelling,"
15 Section 3: Delete the words "l garage per dwelling" under
Section 4.3 Single Family Dwellings, and substitute the words "2 car
14 garage per dwelling.";
15 Section 4: Delete the words "1 garage per dwelling unit"
under Section 4.5 Duplexes (single structQre) and substitute the
16 words 11/2 garages per dwelling unit."
17 Section 5: Delete the words, "1 garage per_ldwelling unit"
~under Section 4.6 Multiple family dwelling, apartment houses and
18 substitute~the words -
19 Bachelor apartments - i parking space
One bedroom apartments - 11/2 parking spaces
Z0 Two bedroom apartments - 11/2 parking spaces
Three or more bedroom apartments -2 parking spaces

Section 6: Delete the present parking requirements and
22 include:
23 Bachelor apartments - 1 parking space
One bedroom apartment - 11/2 parking spaces
24 Two bedroom apartments - 11/2 parking spaces
Three or more bedroom apartments - 2 parking spaces.
~8 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
27 Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the DPd
