TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ZONE CHANGE ON
8 APPLICATION NO. ZC 65-147 OF CITY OF TUSTIN
4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN:
-, 6 Section 1: The City Council finds and determines
, 7 as follows:
i 8 (A) That a proper application (No.' ZC 65-147) was
filed on behalf of the City of Tustin for a change of zone
Ii 9 from the C-3 Zone to the C-1 Zone on the approximately 9.2'
acres located on the easterly and westerly sides of Newport
i 10 Avenue, approximate 250 feet south of. Main Street in Tustin,
California. ,
I (B) That a public hearing ~as duly called, noticed
~ 12 and held on said application by the Planning Commission of
, the City of ~ustin;
(C) That the Plarming Commission recommende~ to
i 14 the City Council approval of said Zone Change;
i 15 (D) That the City Council duly called, noticed. and-
~-- 16 held a public hearing on said application;
(E) Said Zone Change is in the best interests of the
I 17 subject property and is consistent with the general plan of the
~-- City of Tustin, and should be granted.

SectiOn 2: The following described property is-
19 hereby rezoned to '~he C-1 zone, and the Zoning Map of the City
20 of Tus~in amended accordingly:
Approximately 9.2 acres located on thle easterly
21 and westerly sides of Newport Avenue, approxi-
mately 250 feet South of Main Street, in Tustin,.
22 California.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 20th day of December, 1965.
