AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, AMENDING SECTION
23-9 OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE.
The City Council of the City of Tustln, California,
does ordain as follows:
1. Section 23-9 of the Tustin .City Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 23-9 - Master Tree Plan
a) Trees shall hereafter be planted in the City of
Tustln in dedicated rights-of-way, public streets, highways,
alleys, sidewalks or parkways, and shall be of the following
types, which list is hereby adopted as the Master Tree Plan:

b) Trees numbered 1 through 15 shall be the
approved trees to be planted in residential areas.
c) Trees planted in other than residential
areas shall be only those trees as designated on the Master
Tree Plan Map, Exhibit A attached hereto and ~de a part hereof.
d) Any modification of any of the above sub-
sections in Section 23-9 to vary the distance between trees, or
to chan~e the type of trees specified, or to abandon any trees
specified may be made upon application to, and majority approval
of the Parks & ~creation Commission of the City of Tustin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City ~ Tustin, held on the 15th day of November, 1965.
