PROPERTY OF STANVILLE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
2 APPLICATION NO, ZC 65-146. ·
-' The City of Tustln, California, 'does ordain as follows:
SECTION l: The City Council of the City of Tust'in finds
and determines as follows:
(a) That a proper application (ZC 65-146) was filed dn
? behalf of STANVILLE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, for zone change.of the
following described property:
1801 San Juan Street, between Red Hill and BrownL>
9 ing on the north side of San Juan, as follows:
'~ 'Irvine Subdivision, a portion of the southwesterly

(d) The City Council duly called, noticed and held a
