AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
CHANGING ZONE ON APPLICATION NO. ZC 65-145
OF HUNTLEY
The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as
1) It is hereby found and determined that:
a) Proper application for zone change, (No.
ZC 65-145) was filed on beholf of Huntley for charge of zone
of the following -described property: I
Approximately 9.7 acres described as:
The East 1 of Lot 14 in Block B of the A.B.

Chapman Tract, surveyed. by Frank Lecouvreur
in 1870, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
102, at P5ge 15' 1of Misceilanious Maps,
R Records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 700 feet.
b) That,a 'public hearing was duly called,
noticed and held on said Application by the Planning Commission
of the City of Tustin, and the Planning Commission recommended.
that said. property be changed from the R-1 to the PD -4500
(Planned Development) Zone.
c) That a public hearing on said Application
was duly called, noticed and held by the City Council of the
City of Tustin.
d) That it is in the best interests of the
subject property, surrounding properties and adjacent uses,

and the general plan of the City of Tustin, that said property
be changed from the R-1 to the PD -4500 (Planned Development)
Zone.
2) The said property is hereby changed from the
R-1 to the PD -4500 (Planned Development) Zone, and the ZOnning
Map of the City of Tustin is hereby amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council, held on the 4th day of October, 1;65.

CHANGING ZONE ON APPLICATION NO. ZC 65-145
OF HUNTLEY
The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as fol -
1) It is hereby found and determined that:
(a) Proper application for zone change, (No. ZC
65-145) was filed on behalf of Huntley for change of zone of the
following -described property:
Approximately 9.7 acres described as:

ject property, surrounding properties and adjacent uses, and the
general plan of the City of Tustin, that said propertyrbe changed
from the R-1 to the PD -4500 (Planned Development) Zone.
2) The said property is hereby changed from the R-1
to the PD -4500 (Planned Development) Zone, and the Zoning Map of
the City of Tustin is hereby amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council, held on the 411- day of oGk-6er , 1965.
