ORDINANCE N0. 285
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN REZONING THE
PROPERTY, ON APPLICATION N0. ZC 64-141, OF FRANARGOFIN
The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
Section l: The City Council of the City of Tustin finds

and determines as follows:

(s) That a proper application (ZC64-141) was filed on
behalf of FRANARGOFIN, for zone change of the following described
property:
All that certain land situated in the State of
California, County of Orange, described as
follows:
The Northwesterly half of the Northeasterly
half of Lot 33 of Plot No. I of the Rsnchos
Santiago de Santa Ana, and San Joaquin, ss
shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page7
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
ExDepting therefrom that portion lying South-
westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the center line of
Newport. Avenue, (formerly "Co Road") distant
thereon North 39° 52' 58" East, 293.68 feet
from the intersection of said center line with
the center line of "D" Street, as said street
and road are shown on map of South Tustin Tract,
recorded in Book 1, page 99 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said
OranTe County; thence South 65° 32' 34" East
14~$7 feet to the Southeasterly line of said
; Northwesterly half of the Northeasterly half.
(b) A public hearing was duly called, noticed and held
by the Planning Commission on said application.
('c) The Plan~ing Commission ruled 6~at the following
described property be re-zoned to C-2, and that the Zoning
Map of the City of Tustin be amended accordingly:

half of Lot 33 of Plot No. 1 of the Ranchos
Santiago de Santa Ana, and San Joaquin, as

Excepting therefrom that portion lying South-

(d) The City Council duly called, noticed and. held
a public hearing on said application.
(e) That said zone change is in the best interests
of the subject property and is consistent with the
general plan of the City of Tustin, and should be granted.
Section 2: The following described property is
rezoned to the C-2 Zone, and the Zoning Map of the City of
Tustin amended accordingly:!

given its second reading, and' passed. and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City eouncil, held on the 21st day of June, 1965,
by the following vote:
