HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 282 (1965) ORDINANCE NO. 282 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA CHANGING ZONE ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C. 65-144, OF SHUBIN AND CARONNA. The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as follows: Section 1: The City Council finds and determines that a proper Application (No. Z.C. 65-144) was filed on behalf of SHUBIN & CARONNA for a change of zone from C-1 to C-2-P Zone for the property at 535 E. Main Street, between Newport Avenue and "H" Street. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application. Section 3: The Planning Commission has recommended to the City Council the said Zone Change. Section 4: The City Council duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said Application Section .~: Said proposed zone change would be in the best interests of the subject ~roperty, adjacent properties and uses and would be harmonious with the general plan of the City, and should be granted. Section 6: The proposed. zone change of the subject property at .535 E. Main Street, between Newport and "H" Street, in the City of Tustin, which property is more Oarticularly described in Exhibit A-., attached hereto, is hereby granted, and said orooerty is hereby changed from the C-1 to the C-2-P Zone, and the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin is amended accordingly.
