ORDINANCE NO. 276
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
CALIFORNIA, CHANGING ZONE OF PROPERTY
OF KLATT TO C-1-P ON APPLICATION NO.
Z.:C. 65-142
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California
does ordain as follows:
Section l: The City Council finds and determines that
s rezoning procedure was regularly initiated by the City of Tustin,
for rezoning the property of Klatt described as follows:
The north ninety-five feet (95') of the south
six hundred seventy feet ('670') of the west
one-half of Lot 14, Block B of the A.B. Chapman
Tract, M.M. 102-15, exOept that portion within
the Newport Freeway right-of-way.
Section 2: The City Council finds and determines that
a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said proposed
zone change of the Planning Commission and said zone change was
recommended.
Section 3: The City Council finds and determines that
s public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said
proplosed zone change.
Section 4: The City Council finds and determines that
said proposed zone change would be in the best interests of the
subject property, adjoining properties and consistent with the
general plan of the City of Tustin, and should be. granted.
Section ~: The aforedescribed property is hereby
changed to the C-1-P zone and the zoning map of the City of Tustin
amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL of the City of Tustin, California, held on the
15th day of March, 1965.

reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the
15th day of March, 1965, by the following vote:
