AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ZONING OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, ORDINANCE NO 157, AS AMENDED, TO
PROVIDE FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS IN THE C-1 ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
ordain as follows:
Section 1: That Section 4.7 of the Zoning Ordinance,
Ordinance No. 157 As Amended, is hereby amended by the deletion
of the words "no" wherever they appear in Sections 4.7 in the
column under the words "Use Permit required" and in lieu thereof,
there shall be inserted the following words:
"No, except that a Use Permit shall be required
for all developments of five (5) acres or more
in total parcel size."
Section 2: That the City Council hereby finds and deter-
mines that the enactment of this Ordinance as an emergency,
urgency measure is required for the preservation of public
health and welfare, and this Ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon adootion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 5th day
of October, 1964.

Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced and read at the
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of
October, 1964, and was given its second reading and duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting held on~the 5th day of October,
1964, by the following vote:
