ORDINANCE NO. 263
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z.C- 64-138
OF TUSTIN.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
Se6tion l: The City Council finds and determines that
a zone change proceeding was properly initiated by the City of
Tustin to change the hereinafter described property to the 100-
C-2-10,000 and R-3 zone:
To be zoned 100-C-2-10,O00 The SE 350' of the
W i/2 of Lot 31, EXCEPT the portion lying SW of
LaCuna Road of Block 12 of Irvine Subdivision,
Miscellaneous Maps 138, Records of Orange County.
To be zoned R-3 The SW 1/2 of the SE 3/4 of said
Lot 31, EXCEPT the SE 350' thereof and the portion
lying SW of Laguna Road.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called,
noticed and held a public hearing on said proposed rezoning and
recommended said rezoning.
Section 3: The City Council duly called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said proposed rezoning.
Section 4: The City Council finds and determines that
said property should be rezoned as hereinafter provided and that
said proposed rezoning would be in the best interests of the
subject property, adjacent uses, adjoining properties and the
general plan of the City of Tustin.
Section ~: The hereinafter described property is
hereby rezoned to the zones hereinafter set forth and. the zoning
map of the City of Tustin, amended accordingly:
To be zoned 100-C-2-10,000 The SE 350' of the
W 1/2 of Lot 31, EXCEPT the portion lying SW of
Laguna Road, Block 12 of Irvine Subdivision,
Miscellaneous Maps 188, Records of Orange County.
To be zoned R-3 The SW 1/2 of the SE 3/4 of said
Lot 31, EXCEPT the SE 350' thereof and. the portion
lying SW of Laguna Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the of
the City of Tustin, California held on the 5th day of October, 1964. ? / ..
