AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING SET-BACK
LINES ON FOURTH STREET.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
II. The City Council finds and determines that the
Planning Commission duly called and noticed and. held a public
hearing upon reduction of front-yard set-back lines in the "P-R"
Professional-Residential Zone, on Fourth Street, and recommended
to the City Council that said set-back line be established at ten
(10) feet from the right-of-way line.
2. The City Council duly called, noticed and held a
public hearing on said proposed reduction of front-yard set-back
lines.
3. The City Council finds and determines that it is
in the best interests of the subject property, adjoining uses and
adjacent properties, and in harmony with the general plan of the
City of Tustin, California, that the building set-back lines on
the property in the "P-R.. Professional-Residential Zone, along
Fourth Street, should be, and the same hereby are established at
ten !(10) feet f~rom the right-of-way line, and the Zoning Map of
the City of Tust~n is amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 17th day of
August, 1964.
