CODE TO PROVIDE FOR A DIRECTION OF
PUBLIC WORKS

Pearl as follows:
"Article V. Director of Public Works. Sections
2-27
"There is hereby created the position of
Director of Public W.}rks~ which sr:~id oosition shall
be filled from-time to time by the City Counci. l, to
