AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, CHANGING ZONE 0F PROPERTY
OF RALPH'S INDUSTRIES ON APPLICATION
NO. Z. C. 63-133
The City Council of the C~ty of Tustin~ Ca!.~fornia
does ordain as follows:
!. The City ~ouncil finds and determines
that a proper afpilcation for rezoning (No.z.c.
6~-133) was filed on behalf of RALPH'S INDUrSTRIES
fop zone change of the ~ollowine~-described proeerty:
The so~therly 620 feet of the east one-half
of Lot 1~, Block B of the A.B. Chapman
Tract, as per map recorded ~n Book 102
P~;~e ]J of M~scellaneous~ Maps, records
of Orange County, C&l~fornZa.
2~ The Planning Commission duly called, noticed
and held a public heerinS or~ sa~d sppilcation snd made
its recommendations to the City Council.
3. The Ci~ty Council duly called, noticed and
held a public beering on said applicetion.
~. The Cl. ty Council f~nds and determines that
~t is in the best h~terests of said e,~ooentv e~d of
adjacent property and uses~' ~n harmony w~_th the
general plan of the City of Tustin, that ?aid property
be rezoned as hereinefter ordained~
~ Said property ~s hereby rezoneJ, and the
Zoning Map of the City of Tustln is hereby amended,
as follows:
A) The property lying westerly of a line
parallel to the center line of Yorba Street, and
distant westerly therefrom (measured at right
angles) 220 feet, end lying southerly of ~
ilne psrallel with the center line of 12th
Street~ and distan~ 620 feet (Measured st rZght
an~les) northerly therefrom, to the 100-C!
P-20-000 Zone.
B) The property lyinS e.esteply of a line
per~allel to the centerline of Yorb~e Street,
end distant 2?0 feet therefrom (messured. st

parallel to the ceNterline of !?th Street~
and distent 6?0 feet northerly therefrom
