AN 0RDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
CHANGING PR0PERTY OF MYER TO THE C-1ZONE ON
APPLICATION NO. ZC 64-134. ...
The City of Tustin, California, does ordain
as follows:

ec ion 1! That a proper application (No. ZC-
64-134) of Myer was filed to fezone the property to~the C-I
zone described as follows:
AP//62-051-14. Beginning at the Northwest
corner of Block '~C" as shown on a map of a
part of Tustin City, recorded in BOOK 4,
Page 218 and 219, of Miscellaneous tiecords of
Los Angeles County, California, running
thence 119 feet; thence South 200 feet;
-, thence West 119 feet; thence South 200 feet;
thence West 119 feet; thence horth 200 feet
tO the point of beginning.
Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called,
noticed and held a public hearing on said application on
February 13, 196i~, and recommended said zone change.
Section ...~: The City Council duly called,
noticed and held a public hearing on said application
on February 3, i96i~.
Section 4: The City Council finds and determines
that said proposed zone change is in the best interests of
the subject property, adjacent uses and adjoining properties
and would be in harmony with the general plan of the City
of Tustin.
Section 5: Said property is hereby changed
and rezoned to the C-1 zone in the zoning map of the City
of Tustin, amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council, held on the 2nd day of March, 1964.
