ORDINANCE NO. 251
AN 0RDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE BUSINESS LICENSE ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN.
The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as
follows:
1. Section 28, of the Business License Ordinance
of the City of Tustin is hereby amended by the addition
of the words hereinafter set forth immediately after
the words, "Rental of real property, residential,
commercial or industrial."'
Less than four rental units in the City .... No Tax.
Four or more rental units in the City.. $25.00
plus $1.00 for
each unit in
excess of four.
2. The immediate adoption of this measure is
required to preserve the public health, welfare and
safety, and this Ordinance shall become effective
immmediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an emergency measure at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tustin, California, held on the 3rd day of February, 1964.

the above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced and read and passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of February, 1964, by the

NOES: COUNCILMEN Klingelhofer.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
