HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 236 (1963)1110 ORDINANCE N0 236 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING PROPERTY FROM THE "U" TO THE "PD"ZONE, ON APPLICATION N0. ZC. 63-124 OF MUTH. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: The City Council finds and determines that a proper application (No. ZC 63-124) was filed on behalf of Muth for change of zone from the "U" to the "PD" Zone of the property described as follows: The Southeast.erly half of the Southerly quarter of Lot 48, Plat No. I of the Ranchos Santiago De Santa Ana and San Joaquin in the County of Orange, State of California, as per map thereof recorded in Book 5, page 7, Miscellaneous ~ecords of Los Angelea County, California, Sxcepting the Southwesterly forty feet thereof. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said appli'cation, and recommended said zone change. Section 3: The City Council duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application on September 3, ~963.1~ Section 4: The City Council finds and determines that said proposed zone change is in the best interests of the subject property, adjacent property and adjoining uses, and is in hatmoney with the general plan of the City. Section 5: The aforesaid property is hereby changed from the "U~ Zone to the "PD" Zone, and the zoning map of the City is hereby amended accordingly. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 23rd day of September, 1963. ' O. W.
