ORDINANCE N0. 228
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, ORDINANCE N0. 157, AS AMENDED.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
That section ~;-23 of the Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 157, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
~ ~. 5-23 Architectural Approval. In case an application
~!!~,'made for a building permit for any building or structure in any
~3r~ R-4, "C","M", or "PM" District, said application shall be
~ompanied by architectural drawings or sketches, showing the
~li~ations of the proposed building or structure and proposed
~hdscape or other treatment of the ~.~ around such building
%~ btructure. Such drawings or sketches shall be considered by the
~anning Commission in an endeavor to provide that the architectural
~igeneral appearance of such buildings, structures and grounds be
~ping with the character of the neighborhood and such as not to be
detrimental to the orderly and harmonious development of the City, or
~/~impair the desirability of investment or occupation in the neigh-
5orho od.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an urgency measure, necessary to
~]~serve public health, welfare and safety, at a regular meeting
b~/the City Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 1st day of July, 1963.
