ORDINANCE NO. 225
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING PROPERTY TO THE PD
ZONE, ON THE APPLICATION OF MULLANEY
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does
ordain as follows:
Section l: A prepp~:~,t application (No. Z.C. 63-122) was
filed on behalf of Crawford M. Mullanpy for change to the PD zone
of the property described as:
=,' ~{i'?i~{"f~ot Z0 in Block 12 of Irvine's Subdivision, in the
"City of Tustin, Coun~ of Orange, State of California,
as per Map recorded in Book l, Page 88 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said County.
Except the Southwesterly 33.00 feet and the Southeast~iy
!~t.~'"I~ f,~e'tg0.00 feet.
?~'~ection 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed-
and hel~i~ipublic hearing on said Application on April 22, 1963,A?~
and re nded denial of said Application.

and the ~y of Tustin and its general plan to rezone said
