HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 224 (1963) ORDINANCE NO. 224 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING PROPERTY TO THE PD. R-3 AND C-1-P ZONES, ON THE APPLICATION OF GREENWOOD. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows: Section l: A proper Application, (No. Z.C. 63-120) was filed by C. Greenwood for rezoning to the PD, R-3 and C-1-P Zones of the property described as: Those portions of Lots G & L of Stafford and Tustin Tract as shown on the Map attached hereto. Section 2: The Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said Application on April 22, 1962, and recommended rezoning to the PD, R-3 and C-1-P Zones. Section ~.: The City Council finds and determines that it is in the best interests of the subject property, adjacent property and the City of Tustin, and in keeping with the general plan of the City that said property be rezoned to the PD. R-3 and C-1-P Zones. Section 4: The said property is hereby rezoned to the PD, R-3, and C-1-P zones, as shown on the Map attached hereto, marked Exhibit Am and the Zoning map is hereby amended accordingly.
