ORDNANCE NO 220
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
MODIFYING AND AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, 0RDINANCE N0. 157, AS AMENDED,
RELATIVE TO SIGNS IN THE C-l, C-2, C-3 and M. ZONES.
+ The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
ordain as follows:
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin, beLng 0rdiance
157, as amended im hereby modified and amended as follows:
Section 4.7: The words "Non-~lashing signs appurtenant to
any permitted use - Use permit Required - Yes" are hereby deleted,
and substituted therefor are the words, "Signs appurtenant to any
permitted ~use - Use Permit Required - No." and "Signs other than
those appurtenant to any permitted use, including outdoor advertising
structures - Use Permit Required - Yes.".
Section 418: The words "Signs attached to the main building
and appurtenant to any permitted use - Use Permit Required - Yes" and
"Signs o~her than those attached to the main building and appurtenant
to any permitted use, including outdoor advertising structures - Use
Permit Required - ~e~" are hereby deleted, and substituted therefor
are the words, "Sighs appurtenant to any" permitted ~use - Use permit
required - No." and "Signs other than those appurtenant to any
permitted use, including outdoor advertising str~ctures - Use Permit
Required - Yes."
Section 4.10: The words "Signs attached to the main building
and appurtenant to any permitted use - Use Permit Required -No" are
hereby deleted and .substituted therefor are the words "Signs appurtenant
to any permitted use - Use Permit Rrequired - No."
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day of May, 1963.

reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on
the 6th day of Nay, 1963, by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
ABSENT: C OUNC ILMEN NONE
