AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING ZONE
FROM THE R~l TO THE PR ZONE, UPON APPLI-
CATION N0. Z. C. 62-101 OF HARRY TANCREDI.
The City Council of the City of- Tustin,
California, .does ordain as followings:
Section L: ~ That a proper Application (No.
Z.C. 62-101) was filed on behalf of HARRY TANCREDI,
for change of zone from the R-1 to C-1 Zone for the
property described as follows:
Parcel...1,.. Lot 8 and the Northerly 49.40
feet of lots 10 and 11 of the Tomas Yorba Tract, partly
in the County of Orange, State of California, as per
map filed in Book 1, Page 33 of Record of Surveys in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPT the West 7~33 feet of Lot 10. ALSO
EXCEPTING therefrom the protion conveyed to the City
of Santa Ana for the Opening of 4th St.
Parcel 2..... Lots 25 and 26, in Block A of
Tract No. 396, in the City of Tustin, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 16,
Page 10 of Misc. Maps, office of the Recorder of said
County.
The applicant requested amendment of the application
to request the PR Zone.
Sectio.~ 2: The Planning Commission duly
called, noticed and held' a public hearing on said
application, and recommended denial of said zone change.
SectiOn ~: The City Council finds and de-
termines that it is in the public interest and in keep-
in g with the general city plan to change said pro-
perty from the R-1 to the PR Zone.
S. eLC~t,ion 4.: The aforedescribed property is
hereby changed from the R-1 to the PR Zone, and the ·
Zoning Map of the City is hereby so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 6th day of May, 1963.
