ORDINANCE N0. 212
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCES N0.
208, N0. 195, N0. 143, AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE N0.95.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, Calif-
ornia does hereby ordain as follows:
Secti__on___~.' Ordinance No. 208, Section 3,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 5: Ordinance No. 143 is
hereby amended by the deletion there-
from of Section 1 thereof."
Section 2'._ Ordinance 195, Section 6, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 6: The entire incorporat-
ed area of the City of Tustin is
hereby declared and is hereby estab-
lished as fire districts, to be known
and designated ss Fire Zones 1, 2 arid
3, and each said Fire Zone shall in-
clude such territory or portions of
the City of Tustin as are illustrated,
outlined and designated on that cer-
tain Map on file in the office of the
City Clerk, marked and designated as
"Fire Zones of the City of Tustin,
California" and said Map is hereby
adopted as the Fire Zoning Map of the
City of 1k~stin~ for amplification of
the provisions of the Uniform Build-
ing Code, 1961 Edition, published by
the Pacific Coast Building Officials
Conf~rence.
"All larval now or hereafter bearing the
Zones of the City of Tustin of C-1,
C-2, C-3, or M, hereby is established
and designated, and shall be, Fire
ZoIle 2".
Sectip. n 9: Ordinance No. 95 of the City
of Tustin is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING
of the City Council of the City of Tustin, held on
the 15th day of April , 1963.

Califo~nia, does hereby certify that the whole num-
ber of the members of the City Counsil of the City of
Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing 0rdin-
ance was duly and regularly introduced and read at a
meeting of the City Council, held on the ist day of
April, i963, and given its second reading, and pass-
ed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Coun-
cil, held on the 15th day of April, 1963, by the
following vote:
