Motion: It was moved by Board Member Puckett and seconded by Secretary
Amante that the Board approve the Minutes of the Special Meeting of the
Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Former Tustin Community
Redevelopment Agency held on May 29, 2012.

Regular Meeting Minutes
Motion: It was moved by Secretary Amante and seconded by Board Member
Nielsen to adopt Oversight Board Resolution No 12 -02 to affirm the transfer
of the former Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency's housing assets and
responsibilities and all rights, powers, duties, and obligations, along with the
encumbered amounts from the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund to
the Tustin Housing Authority pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections
34176 and 34181.

ADJOURNED at 4:03 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Oversight Board of the
Successor Agency to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for
June 26, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,
California.
